Site Terms of Use

This site is provided by invitation only and is intended for use by authorised wholesale buyers acting in a commercial capacity (Unternehmer im Sinne §14 BGB). Sign-in is by Magic Link sent to the email address associated with the buyer's account.

The Magic Link and any resulting session are personal to the invited individual and may not be shared, forwarded, or used by anyone else. The Buyer is responsible for keeping the receiving email account secure. Orders submitted through a session opened from a Magic Link delivered to the Buyer's email are attributable to the Buyer, unless the Buyer notifies NOWHOW of a suspected compromise without undue delay (unverzüglich) and could not have prevented the access by reasonable care.

NOWHOW may suspend or reissue access at any time on reasonable grounds, including suspected credential compromise or breach of these terms.

Buyers may use the site to view brand assets, browse the linesheet and lookbook, prepare draft orders, and submit wholesale orders on behalf of their business.

The Buyer shall not:

(i) Disclose prices, photographs, lookbook images, or any non-public material from the site to anyone other than employees, advisors, or retail staff bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations and acting for the Buyer's wholesale business. This obligation continues for three (3) years after the season for prices, and indefinitely for unreleased lookbook material.

(ii) Use any automated means — including scraping, crawling, systematic extraction, mirroring, framing, reverse engineering, or use of bot or headless-browser tools — to access or copy site content.

(iii) Use site content, images, or descriptions to train machine-learning or artificial-intelligence systems.

(iv) Attempt to bypass authentication or access areas not assigned to the Buyer.

Confidentiality obligations in the Wholesale Sales Terms apply to all materials accessed via this site.

The Buyers Hub is provided as a complimentary tool to support wholesale ordering. NOWHOW will make reasonable efforts to keep the site available during European business hours but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may update, modify, or temporarily disable the site at any time, including for maintenance.

The site, its design, code, and presentation are the intellectual property of NOWHOW.

Prices, lead times, and stock indications shown on the site are non-binding indicative information presented as an invitation to submit an order. When the Buyer submits an order, that submission constitutes a binding offer. A binding contract is formed only when NOWHOW issues a separate Order Confirmation (OC).

Automatic emails confirming receipt of an order are acknowledgements only and do not constitute acceptance.

In case of obvious typographical, technical, or pricing errors on the site, NOWHOW may decline the order or issue a corrected OC, and reserves its statutory rights under §119 BGB.
